We are designing the Display Box for Feats of Enlightenment!!! I've been waiting to get the creative juices flowing for a while now!!!  We've decided to go with a box that has a similar shape to that of Tomb Raider 2 for PC. The challenge will be totally worth it.

Come on, Sequoia! Show us the money (theoretically speaking, at first). That way we can get started with acquisition of customers and getting them to activate since we're going mobile!!!  Consoles are still king, currently...but will soon be overrun by mobile...at least for our game's genre.

Apparently, just over half of video game playing is happening on handhelds and cellphones. This is because cellphone technology affects much of the media use among children and youth.

My disposition is sunny.

Our ideas, now aren't that runny.

The team has tossed around ideas of making the learning aspect of our game less apparent.  This is going to be tough one to balance because we are trying to appeal to those that will fund an educational title as well as those looking for a more entertaining title.  I believe that the solution has less to do with what is being taught than how it is being presented.

The question that's posed might be tough.

Initial views aren't enough.

Suck More

It's been a blast getting to know my fellow teammates for this class...even though they didn't like Twerk in Progress as a company name.  Overall, I feel that we've been consistent with keeping each other on task.

I recall the Overlord saying, "You guys need to suck more!!!"

Despite inefficiently achieving the fail faster method, I'd rather be told to suck more than suck less.

My team has narrowed its sight

It's time for the Feat to take flight

If at first we fail, 

We'll just say, "Oh Well,

We must be doing all right."

Ogle the Logo

I'm really looking forward to doing more of the CMO creative duties for the "Feats of Enlightenment" project.  All of the tasks up to this point has been highly beneficial to figuring out the who, what, when, where and how...but I'm ready to do some creative things!

 Creating the logo was fun. 

I can't wait to do more of this.

Tomorrow, some light will be shed

We had it made once upon a time...

After a doing a boatload of research on the psychology and cognitive development for 10-12 year old children, I realized that was the time to capitalize and max out all currently acquired skill sets.

Why? What else is there to worry about?
NEXT TO NOTHING...that is...until puberty pounces and makes things uncomfortable.

Apparently, what will eventually be the sex drive is being channeled to being intellectually and socially adept.

It's like, "Sweet, 25 more times tables until I level up in math...And girls have cooties. EWWW!"

Preadolescence was fun.

Innocence came by the ton.

Then puberty hits, along came the zits

The awkwardness still isn't done!

Video Game of Thrones

I finished the How to Build a Startup Course on Udacity.com last night.  Prior to this course, the thought of starting a business was unbearably overwhelming due to the many ways I have seen business get started.  I'm not saying it's going to be easy, but the process is definitely more concrete to me.

However, based on Steve Blanks insistence on "Getting out of the building" has drawn me to the conclusion that this course was not made in the Midwest during winter.

Come get me when "Getting out of the building" isn't comparable to traveling north of the wall.

Until then, I'm going to chill in Winter-won't-stop-falling with my dire-kitty, Fala.

Udacity now is complete

I must take a break for some meat

Our game will be fun, now we're ready to run
